As an IT Access Management Specialist at R1, you will play a crucial role in managing user access provisioning and ensuring secure access management processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools. - Assigning roles based on subprocess and department requirements. - Handling ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation. - Providing email support for access-related queries and assisting with MFA setup. - Ensuring timely processing of deactivation requests within 24 hours. - Maintaining compliance with access control policies and SLAs. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Experience with IDM tools and user access management. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. - Understanding of IT security principles and access control. - Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support. - Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in IAM roles, with a B.Tech/BCA preferred (though any graduate is acceptable).
