Key Responsibilities: - Processing user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests through IDM tools. - Assigning roles based on subprocess and department requirements. - Handling ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation. - Providing email support for access-related queries and assisting with MFA setup. - Ensuring prompt processing of deactivation requests within 24 hours. - Maintaining compliance with access control policies and SLAs. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in IDM tools and user access management. - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. - Understanding of IT security principles and access control mechanisms. - Strong communication skills for email and ticket-based support. - Ability to effectively manage multiple requests with attention to detail.
