Owned 90% by Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co., Ltd and 10% by the Lao Government, LXML Sepon has produced over 1.1 million tonnes of copper cathode and over 1.7 million ounces of gold since 2003. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer Information Technology, based in Mahmara. The role involves overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support. The Senior Engineer will lead IT projects, conduct regular system maintenance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of networks and databases.

Qualifications

• Network management, system administration, and IT infrastructure skills
• Experience with cybersecurity measures and protocols
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support
• Project management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
• Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is advantageous
