Senior Engineer I

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer I at lululemon, you will be part of the Product Integrity, Sustainability & Compliance Technology team, which focuses on empowering the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision. Your role will involve contributing to the development and delivery of industry-leading technology solutions that align with lululemon's business goals. You will bring a high level of technical knowledge and mentoring abilities, acting as a leader in your technology space and supporting the team through various development and operational activities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a main contributor in Agile ceremonies - Provide mentorship and engineering training for a team of Engineers - Perform and delegate engineering assignments to ensure production readiness is maintained - Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective technical solutions - Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts - Guide product development and tools selection through research - Act as an escalation point and participate in on-call support rotations - Monitor key metrics and report on trends - Contribute to engineering automation, management, or development of production level systems - Assist in project engineering design and standards verification - Perform reliability monitoring and support to ensure products meet guest expectations Qualifications: - Completed Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible - 10 to 12+ years of Full Stack engineering experience - 6+ years of experience with Angular / AngularJS - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework - 6+ years of experience with RESTful services - Familiarity with testing frameworks like Cypress - Hands-on experience implementing complex Angular applications - Strong knowledge and experience with Java, Spring Boot, Java microservices, cloud technologies, and services like AWS Lambda and AWS S3 - Experience with data integration technologies such as Kafka and API-based system design - Working experience with relational and no-SQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB - Experience with containers and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes - Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows - Ability to learn quickly and work with new emerging technologies in the Cloud/IT space - Good knowledge and experience in Agile methodology with tools like Jira and Confluence - Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow - Experience with cloud data platforms, ETL, and SQL optimization for large-scale data transformations would be a plus.,
