Role Overview: Our Data Governance and Architecture team at Deutsche Bank's Private Bank is seeking a Senior Engineer for Data Management in Pune, India. You will be a key player in driving data management initiatives in collaboration with the Divisional Data Office for Private Bank. Your responsibilities will include assigning data roles, managing data flows documentation, aligning data requirements between consumers and producers, reporting data quality, and coordinating data delivery through the group data hub. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain the Private Bank contribution to the Deutsche Bank Enterprise Logical and Physical Data models to support the business - Understand and translate requirements from group functions like risk, finance, treasury, and regulatory reporting into data models - Co-own Private Bank relevant portions of the Deutsche Bank Enterprise Logical and Physical Data models - Support Private Bank experts and stakeholders in delivering necessary data - Optimize requirements management and modeling processes in collaboration with the group Chief Data Office and Private Bank stakeholders - Align tasks with the team and Private Bank Data Council priorities Qualifications Required: - In-depth understanding of how data and data quality impact processes in the retail sector of the bank - Hands-on experience with data modeling in the financial industry - Extensive knowledge of data architecture and challenges in harmonized data provisioning - Proficiency in project and stakeholder management - Ability to work well with diverse teams globally - Fluent in English Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank fosters a culture of continuous learning, providing training, coaching, and support for career progression.
