Senior Engineer - Finishing

Role Overview: As a Finishing Supervisor, you will be tasked with supervising various finishing jobs in construction projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing tasks such as brickwork, plumbing, painting, false ceiling installation, and other finishing works. It will be essential for you to review discrepancies in drawings, ensure contractor bills match the drawings, and address snagging and de-snagging points within set timelines. Your input in suggesting construction procedure improvements and adhering to project schedules will be key to meeting project deadlines. Moreover, you will contribute significantly to the planning, estimation, and final handover of flats to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising finishing works in construction projects with attention to detail - Overseeing mock-up flat finishing tasks - Coordinating effectively with the construction team, sub-contractors, and laborers to maintain site control and boost project productivity Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in finishing works within construction projects - Proficiency in managing mock-up flat finishing assignments - Strong ability to maintain site control by collaborating with the construction team, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure project success Additional Company Details: Experience in Aluform/MIVAN shuttering finishing projects and conventional shuttering finishing projects will be considered advantageous. Candidates with a background in the real estate industry are preferred for this role.
