2. Install and end-to-end configuration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
3. Maintain CUCM system.4. Provide second support to network voice and video operations and service desk teams.5. Provides world class customer service to internal and business teams.6. Supports and maintains production applications.7. Processes requests from internal ticketing systems.8. Contributes to design of voice architecture, integration and installation.9. Evaluates Collab hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations.10. Monitors and maintains Collab stability and makes necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware augmentations.11. Communicates and coordinates network schedule, backups and downtime to users.12. Prepares and maintains documentation of Voice configurations.13. Responds to inquiries regarding data and computer security, policies and procedures.16. Demonstrated experience with Cisco Unity Connection.Location- Bangalore Rotational Shift
