Job Description

Administer and support Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure, including Service and Portal components. Design, develop, and maintain workflows, management agents, and synchronization rules within MIM. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, certificate management, and privileged access management. Implement and manage identity lifecycle management processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews. Collaborate with security teams to enforce access policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles. Monitor system health, perform regular maintenance, patch management, and upgrades on MIM services. Develop and maintain documentation related to MIM configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
