2. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal locations for solar power plant installations, considering factors such as solar irradiance, terrain, shading, and environmental impact.

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the design and engineering of solar photovoltaic power plants or renewable energy projects.
3. Proficiency in solar photovoltaic system design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, PVSOL) and electrical engineering software (e.g., ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD).
4. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, power systems analysis, and solar energy technologies.
5. Experience with project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Experience with renewable energy project development, permitting, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
9. Commitment to sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental stewardship.
