Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, predict and manage all the technical tasks of the assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources and quality from start to finish. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. Managing parts of construction projects. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project performances Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, policies, performance standards, and specifications. End to end execution of solar ground mounted projects Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech-EEE/BE/Diploma-EEE) or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering Minimum 3-6 years of Experience in handling large scale projects, preferably MW scale Solar projects Experience in trouble shooting of Solar PV Power plants Deep practical knowledge on equipment like HT Panels, Transformers & Inverters Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Desired Experience Minimum 2 years of Construction experience in the solar PV industry in ground mount projects. Involved in design and execution of AC and DC electrical infrastructure. Excellent organizational skills to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines Ability to delegate and prioritize work of drafters, technicians, and interns
