Job Title: Senior Engineer BIM Architect Job Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Type: Full Time We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading BIM projects, ensuring the highest standards of design and production across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Infrastructure. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating detailed drawings, managing project data, and providing technical support and training to design staff on BIM systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Support & Production - Provide direct project support and production to assigned projects. - Create detailed drawings and models using Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. - Ensure that all drawings and models meet the required standards and project specifications. 2. Technical Expertise - Utilize extensive working experience in Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and AutoCAD tools. - Apply knowledge across various project types, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Infrastructure. 3. Data Management - Manage and maintain project data in Common Data Environments (CDE) such as ProjectWise, BIM 360, and ACC. - Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. 4. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: - Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. - Facilitate discussions and provide clear, concise updates in both individual and group settings. 5. Training & Support - Provide training and ongoing technical support to design staff on Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems. - Develop and deliver training materials to enhance the team's proficiency in creating 3D models and adhering to project specifications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and production. 2. Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. 3. Experience in Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Infrastructure projects. Skills: 1. Strong understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE) such as ProjectWise, BIM 360, and ACC. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to provide technical support and training to design teams.
