Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manger - (AC Motors).

Job Title: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – (AC Motors)

• Lead sales efforts for AC motors and related products (gearboxes, drives, automation devices) across assigned regions
• Generate inquiries and build brand awareness among OEMs, industrial buyers, and channel partners
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Conduct technical presentations and product demos to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and customer value
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and customisation
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• MBA in Marketing (preferred for Assistant Manager role)
• Proven experience in sales of industrial products, especially electric motors, gearboxes, or automation systems
• Familiarity with OEM sales cycles, industrial procurement, and B2B marketing

• Strong technical understanding of AC motor specifications and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and manage regional sales targets
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
