Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing for Gearboxes, your role will involve generating inquiries for the company's products such as A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices. You will be responsible for building product and brand awareness within the region and directly interfacing with OEM Motor customers to encourage switch over from existing brands. Additionally, you will play a key role in selecting and appointing appropriate dealers and stockists, implementing dealer/reseller policies, and coordinating with the Marketing Manager for product advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Generate inquiries for the company's products including A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices - Build product and brand awareness within the region - Interface directly with OEM Motor customers and follow up for switch over from existing brands - Select and appoint appropriate dealers and stockists, implement dealer/reseller policies - Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for product advertising strategies, selection of appropriate advertising media, participation in trade/industrial fairs, product literature designing, and mass marketing activities (offline and online) - Select, appoint, and train Representatives and Service engineers, coordinate their activities - Co-ordinate with the Product Engineering Group for new initiatives - Document and manage the inquiry database - Conduct training and other activities to aid organizational growth Qualifications Required: - Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Gearboxes and Power Transmission - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record in generating inquiries and building brand awareness - Knowledge of industrial products and heavy machinery sector is a plus (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
