1. Manage machine assembly, service, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to 5S practices on the shop floor along with proper documentation.
2. Maintain records of assembly timelines, minutes of meetings (MOM), and analyze delays in assembly processes. 3. Conduct root cause analysis for machine parts and assemblies to resolve issues effectively. 4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lessons learned from assembly, commissioning, and service experiences. 5. Organize monthly service review meetings to highlight recurring issues and collaborate with the design team for corrective actions at the design stage. 6. Handle customer service activities for supplied machines, including maintaining a complaint register and resolving issues at an early stage. 7. Participate in DAP and establish preventive maintenance plans to ensure machines are serviced at regular intervals. 8. Lead the assembly team, manage manpower allocation, and oversee day-to-day assembly operations. 9. Prepare assembly schedules for machines manufactured by TIMB and ensure timely execution. 10. Monitor and control the mechanical assembly team to meet delivery schedules in line with business development and machine commissioning requirements.
