Skill Set:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Data Scientist with 35 years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI to join our dynamic team. You will work on cutting-edge projects, transforming data into meaningful insights and AI-driven solutions that support strategic business decisions and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world business problems
Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to extract insights from unstructured data (text, voice, documents).
Research and apply Generative AI (Gen AI) models and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, transformers) to solve customer and product-specific use cases.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business to gather requirements and deliver impactful data solutions.
Interpret model results, evaluate performance metrics, and refine solutions for improved outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and bring in innovative ideas and best practices to the team.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries
Knowledge with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools s
Experience working on Generative AI models including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
Familiarity with data handling using Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib / Seaborn / Power BI.
