Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

As an Electrical and Control & Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer at Sundyne, you will be responsible for providing engineering support throughout the project management and operations cycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing Bills of Material for control system, instrumentation, JB, cables, LOP, MMS Panel based on project specifications - Reading and interpreting P&ID diagrams and assisting in their development - Providing inputs for CAD Designer to create various panel drawings like PLC Panel, MMS Panel, and Local operating panel - Assisting in control systems designs and network development - Reviewing project requirements and supporting procurement of Control System, Instrumentation, and Electrical items - Preparing RFQs for sub-suppliers and finalizing quotations - Handling equipment such as Unit Control Panels, PLC, Local Operator Panel, Variable Frequency Drive, Electrical Motors, and Instruments - Selecting instruments for centrifugal compressor and Pump packages - Planning, scheduling, managing, and reporting on multiple projects with varying deadlines and responsibilities - Occasionally visiting sites or customers and providing FAT support Your technical/functional skills should include: - Basic understanding of IEC, ATEX, ISA, UL codes - Knowledge of Control System, Instrumentation, Electrical machines, and Communications networks - Familiarity with rotating machinery like Pumps & Compressors - Ability to read and understand Control system and Electrical drawings - Working collaboratively in a project team and with more experienced engineers - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated with a quick learning ability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS-Visio Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering - 6-9 years of relevant experience in the pumps industry If you are looking for growth opportunities and enjoy working with a team of enthusiastic professionals, Sundyne is the place for you!
