You will play a crucial role in shaping the curriculum, overseeing program execution, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of skill education initiatives. Responsibilities : Program Development : Collaborate with subject matter experts to design skill development programs aligned with industry needs and market trends. Create comprehensive curriculum outlines, including learning objectives, modules, assessments, and practical exercises. Program Implementation : Oversee the execution of skill education programs, ensuring that they are delivered effectively and efficiently. Monitor and evaluate the quality of training sessions, workshops, and hands - on activities. Stakeholder Engagement : Build relationships with industry partners, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to identify skill gaps and align curriculum accordingly. Collaborate with employers to understand their skill requirements and tailor programs to meet those needs. Instructor Management : Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled instructors to deliver high - quality training sessions. Provide guidance and support to instructors to enhance their teaching methodologies. Quality Assurance : Ensure the consistency and relevance of curriculum content through regular reviews and updates. Monitor participant feedback and performance metrics to make continuous improvements. Student Support : Provide guidance to participants throughout their learning journey, addressing their queries and concerns. Implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and motivation. Reporting and Analysis : Collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness, participant outcomes, and overall impact. Prepare reports for management and stakeholders, showcasing the achievements and areas for improvement. Budget Management : Assist in creating and managing the budget for skill education programs, including resource allocation and cost optimization. Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote skill education programs through various channels. Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to increase program visibility. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in skill education to enhance program offerings.
