🔹 Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person sessions
• Provide personalized guidance for undergraduate & postgraduate course selection (India & Abroad)
• Understand student needs, preferences, academic background, and career aspirations
• Convert leads into enrollments through ethical and informed counselling
• Stay updated on course options, universities, eligibility, and admission deadlines
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless student experience
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.

🔹 Who We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in academic or career counselling
• Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents quickly
• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about education
