Job Description

Job Description: As a Senior E-commerce Manager at Xneeti, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling demand for our partners. Your primary focus will be on managing advertising campaigns, optimizing spends, and strategizing Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new product launches. You must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of category management, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Additionally, you will be expected to take ownership of the P&L for your assigned partners, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. To qualify for this role, you need to have a strong educational background from Tier I colleges. You should also have 3-5 years of experience in Category Management or Digital Marketing, along with proven expertise in managing P&L and scaling e-commerce brands. Your success in this position will be greatly influenced by your ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Hands-on experience with advertising campaigns, performance marketing, and growth strategies will be key to excelling in this role.,
