eClinicalWorks Trainer Version 12 (100% Office-Based) Company:

Job Summary

Bandi Informatics Private Limited is hiring an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Version 12 Trainer to work exclusively from our Chennai office. You will deliver all training virtually via Zoom/Teams to:

• Doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff in the USA

• Internal teams in Chennai (implementation, support, billing, testing, new hires)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily live virtual training on eClinicalWorks Version 12 for US physicians, nurses, and staff

• Train and continuously upskill internal Chennai teams

• Cover all V12 modules: EHR, PM, Patient Portal, Healow, eBO, RCM, P2P, Population Health, Registries, eva, sunoh.ai medical scribe, PRISMA, etc.

• Create and keep training materials updated (presentations, cheat sheets, videos, quick guides)

• Customize content for different US specialties and workflows

• Provide virtual go-live and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 37 years hands-on eClinicalWorks experience; minimum 2+ years exclusively on Version 12

• Proven experience successfully training US doctors and nurses virtually (references required)

• Excellent spoken & written English with clear, neutral accent

• Fully available for permanent night shift

• Strong presentation and adult-learning skills

• Deep knowledge of US healthcare workflows, HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA

• Ability to create high-quality training content

• eClinicalWorks official Trainer/EHR/PM certification highly preferred

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Clinical background (MBBS, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.)

• Knowledge of latest V12 features (sunoh.ai, eva, PRISMA)

Work Conditions

• 100% on-site at Chennai office (no work-from-home)

• Office Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
