Senior E Commerce Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Multi-Marketplace Expertise:

  Proven experience driving

  sales across various marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon & Flipkart with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies for achieving optimal performance.

• Amazon Expertise:

  Minimum 3 years of experience

  working with Amazon, with a strong understanding of Amazon Ads and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns.
• Manage and Optimize Product Listings
• Forecast Sales Growth and Monitor Key Metrics
• Predict sales trends and growth opportunities. Analyze key metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Develop and enforce strategies to identify and mitigate unauthorized sellers, protecting brand integrity and ensuring fair market competition.

• Work with marketing, sales, and Design teams to execute campaigns and promotions that align with the company's overall business goals.

• Stay Informed on Industry Trends

• Identify and implement improvements to the online shopping experience, aiming to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving conversion rates and increasing average order value.
• Manage marketplace operations and partnerships to maximize revenue and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
• Keep a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify challenges and opportunities, adapting strategies as needed proactively.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have Minimum 3 - 8 Yrs Exp in Market Places

  (Prefered only Seller Central Exp)

• Amazon Platform Knowledge:

  Comprehensive understanding of

  Amazon Seller Central,

  Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Flex, including solid knowledge of Flex site launches, GTIN Exemptions, Brand Registry, Category Approval, and handling Policy Violations and Product Compliance.
• Should Have Proven Financial Management Skills
• Excellent in Leadership Skills
• Good in Analytical Skills & Strategic Thinking
• Excellent in Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.
