As a pre-sales support professional, your role will involve various activities including responding to RFPs and organization change and development like organization restructure. Your key responsibilities will encompass IT strategy and planning, business planning and strategy, opex budgeting, business relationship management, achieving unit/account margin and revenue goals, implementing talent management and improvement strategies, ensuring formal succession plans for critical roles, achieving SLAs/KPIs, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining compliance with QMS/IMS processes. You will also be required to identify and execute value-based initiatives for customers and document project outcomes for internal review, sharing best practices to drive success.
