Job Description

As a Manager in the Bid and Solutions team at JLL, you will play a critical role in driving our competitive edge and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams in managing end-to-end data center projects, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Developing and executing project plans for data center build-outs, relocations, and upgrades will be key aspects of your role. As the primary client contact, you will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project success. In this dynamic role, you will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment. It is essential to stay current with industry trends and implement best practices to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in project management tools with knowledge of data center infrastructure is crucial. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PMP certification, experience with data center design and construction, and familiarity with Uptime Institutes Tier Standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing data center projects, including build-outs, relocations, and upgrades. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and a strong background in data center infrastructure and project management tools are required for this role.,
