Senior Director Finance

You will be joining alliantgroup, a global professional services firm dedicated to offering business consulting, digital transformation, taxation services, and accounting services to strengthen American businesses. As the Senior Director of Finance & Accounts and Taxation, you will play a crucial role within the executive leadership team at alliantTALENT. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and directing all financial activities of the organization, developing and executing financial strategies, managing financial reporting and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, managing risk, and providing strategic financial insights to support the firm's growth and profitability. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, CAO (USK), and other executive leaders to drive business performance and ensure financial stability. Your role will involve: - Developing and implementing the overall financial strategy aligned with the firm's strategic goals - Providing strategic financial input on key business decisions, growth initiatives, and investments - Analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and optimizing recommendations - Leading the annual budgeting process and maintaining forecasting models - Mitigating financial risks and overseeing treasury and cash management - Evaluating and implementing financial accounting systems for efficiency - Building and leading a high-performing finance team - Acting as a trusted financial advisor to the executive leadership team We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with at least 18 years of finance experience, including a significant period in a leadership role. Prior experience in a senior finance role within a consulting firm or professional services environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial strategy development, analytical skills, and leadership abilities are essential. Proficiency in financial modeling, communication skills, and the ability to work in a start-up culture are also required.
