About the Role: We are looking for an accomplished and visionary leader to head our ePublishing & Accessibility division. As the leader, you will be responsible for leading large-scale digital publishing operations, ensuring accessibility compliance across content formats, and scaling high-quality production for global education and publishing clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end digital publishing lifecycle, accessibility standards, and a strong orientation toward service delivery, innovation, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Digital Publishing Operations: Oversee and scale end-to-end ePublishing workows including XML/HTML conversion, typesetting, eBook creation (EPUB, MOBI), and interactive media integration. Strategic Client Engagement: Serve as a senior delivery leader and consultative partner to global education publishers, government agencies, and corporate clients. Lead solutioning, pricing, and proposal efforts for new and repeat business. Implement automation and AI-led tools to enhance speed, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of production. Team Building & Capability Development: Accessibility Services Leadership: Drive WCAG, PDF/UA, Section 508, and ADA-compliant content production across digital assets. Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including content engineers, accessibility experts, QA analysts, and project managers. Drive skill development programs aligned to evolving standards in accessibility and digital publishing. Build and manage accessibility audit, remediation, and testing workows for a wide range of content types (documents, web, multimedia). Ensure all deliverables meet global accessibility guidelines and Innovation & Market Expansion: Lead R&D initiatives to stay ahead of emerging formats, standards (e.g., EPUB 3.3, ARIA), and assistive technologies. client-specic standards. Delivery Excellence & Quality Control: Establish SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs to drive consistent, error-free, high-volume project delivery. Identify and develop new service offerings and revenue streams within the digital content and accessibility space. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, turnaround time, and quality metrics. Qualications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital publishing, accessibility services, or content operations leadership roles. Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-client delivery environments across geographies.

Expertise in XML/HTML workows, WCAG guidelines, EPUB standards, and assistive technologies. Strong program management, client communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with tools like Adobe InDesign, CommonLook, Ace by DAISY, or other accessibility software. Preferred Skills: Experience serving clients in the education, publishing, or public sector domains. Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and digital content management systems. Working knowledge of localization, alternate formats (Braille, audio), or inclusive design principles.
