Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Director, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Director will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage high-performing teams, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to clients’ business challenges. Responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, identifying business opportunities, designing and implementing data-driven strategies, and ensuring quality execution of projects aligned with client goals. Cross-functional collaboration and fostering strong client relationships are key aspects of this role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale analytics engagements across patient, sales, payer & marketing domains
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through advanced modelling, visualization & storytelling
• Guide teams, build capabilities, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the US/EU markets
• Apply commercial AI/ML techniques, including Predictive modeling, GenAI, and Agentic AI, to real-world commercial challenges
