REQUIREMENTS Overall 8+ years of IT experience 3-5 years of related professional experience, analysing business, systems, and user processes Strong customer and user focus, relationship management and ability to collaborate across a matrix organization. 3+ years of experience as a product owner 3+ years of experience in managing requirements for Web Application development 2+ years of experience with the Agile methodology Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance) - Preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a teams success. Domain expert in business applications Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional, or potentially controversial situations. Previous experience with Agile methodologies and working with a cross-functional team.
