Week Off - Rotational

• Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Handle social media strategy & content direction
• Track performance and improve results using data
• Manage website traffic, SEO, and lead generation
• Coordinate with our creative and sales team

• Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
• Content creation: Develop and publish engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters, for different digital channels.
• Search engine optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This includes keyword research and creating SEO strategies.
• Social media management: Build and maintain the company's social media presence, create social media content, and monitor social interactions and campaigns.

Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to measure success against goals (KPIs) and identify trends.
Paid advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Collaboration: Work with other teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure brand messaging is consistent and to align marketing efforts.
Strategy and research: Identify target audiences, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital marketing
• Knows ad platforms, analytics, and trends
• Can work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and creative thinking
• Experience in Hospital /Healthcare Sector is a plus
