Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of motors, dryers, conveyors, baling machines, compressors, and control panels. 2. Troubleshoot electrical faults in wiring, starters, drives, PLC panels, and switchgear. 3. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and automation systems. 4. Inspect and maintain earthing, cabling, and lighting systems across the plant. 5. Monitor energy usage and suggest measures for power saving. 6. Maintain maintenance schedules, logbooks, and downtime reports. 7. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE. 8. To coordinate with mechanical teams for smooth operations. 9. Report daily activities, breakdowns, and maintenance updates to the Maintenance Head/Engineer. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrician Trade. 2. 1– 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing / agro-processing / coir / coco peat preferred; freshers may also apply). 3. Knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, control panels, and safety standards. 4. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams. 5. Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. 6. Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
