About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Executive to lead performance and retention marketing initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels, coordinating with creative and sales teams, and driving marketing efficiency to support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, execute, and track multi-channel campaigns across Facebook, Google, Programmatic, Affiliate, Push, WhatsApp, and other marketing platforms.

Develop project-wise lead-generation plans and track performance metrics (CPL, CPSchd, CPSV, ROAS).

Marketing Strategy & Segmentation

Conduct user/target group segmentation and map media consumption patterns.

Prepare project-wise channel calendars for campaign deployment.

Creative & Collateral Management

Develop marketing briefs for ad copies, static creatives, video creatives, and campaign assets.

Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of high-impact ads and promotional materials.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Business, Pre-sales, and Sales teams to gather insights and optimize campaigns.

Ensure timely release of ads and marketing content across platforms.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance weekly and monthly to ensure marketing spend efficiency.

Track & optimize metrics like CPL, CPSchd, CPSV, ROAS, and lead quality.

Adjust campaigns based on pre-sales feedback, demandsupply trends, and real-time analytics.

Operational Excellence

Ensure timely availability of promotional materials for all projects.

Provide effective marketing support to the pre-sales/sales teams.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Performance & Retention Marketing.

Hands-on expertise in:

Google Ads

Meta/Facebook Ads

Programmatic Platforms

Affiliate Networks

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to create briefs, manage creatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, planning, and project management abilities.
