Full Time
Manage and monitor collection activities for Home Loan and LAP portfolios across assigned regions.
Lead and guide a team of Assistant Managers and Collection Officers to achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
Analyze bucket-wise delinquency trends, identify high-risk accounts, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with legal and risk teams for handling SARFAESI, settlement, and repossession cases.
Drive digital and tele-collection initiatives for early bucket resolution.
Ensure adherence to collection policies, RBI guidelines, and fair practices.
Build and manage relationships with collection agencies and vendors for field recoveries.
Prepare MIS reports, portfolio performance dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to management.
Conduct regular reviews, audits, and training to enhance team capability and compliance.
Key Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of secured loan collections (Home Loan/LAP) and recovery processes.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and collection management systems (CMS).
Good understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks (SARFAESI, arbitration, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 35 years in managing Home Loan/LAP collections with proven performance in reducing delinquencies.
Should have exposure to manage team
Experience in NBFCs, HFCs, or Banks handling secured retail assets.
