Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Dietician at the Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences, Jalandhar. The primary responsibilities of the Senior Dietician include developing and overseeing personalized nutrition plans, providing nutritional counseling to patients, and conducting medical nutrition therapy. Additional duties involve guiding patients on health/weight management and coordinating with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care and health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dietetics and Nutrition to provide effective dietary planning and assessments
• Experience in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management to guide patients in achieving health and wellness goals
• Proficiency in Medical Nutrition Therapy to create personalized nutritional interventions for specific health conditions
• A commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, along with a relevant certification or accreditation
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly preferred
