Senior DevOps QA Engineer || Dynamics 365 ERP

Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Engineer DevOps (Automation QA) with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O testing. The ideal candidate will have strong automation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for quality assurance in enterprise-level ERP environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Dynamics 365 F&O applications. Execute functional, regression, integration , and performance tests . Work with tools such as Selenium, CodedUI, JUnit , and integrate with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and test objectives. Create and manage test cases, test data, and detailed test documentation. Analyze and report defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support issue resolution. Configure test environments and ensure system stability during testing cycles. Continuously improve automation frameworks, test strategies, and QA methodologies. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables and testing strategy. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, CodedUI . Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and test integration. Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications: MB-300 : Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations MB-500 : Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Developer Associate Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting , API testing, or cloud-based integrations.
