We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS services, Terraform, and observability tools. In this role, you’ll design, automate, and manage infrastructure and deployment pipelines in a modern cloud-native environment. You will work closely with Cloud Engineering (CE) and cross-functional teams—including client stakeholders—to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Build and manage scalable, reusable infrastructure using Terraform.

AWS Cloud Engineering

• Provision and administer core AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.

• Configure and manage AWS networking and security in line with industry best practices.

Observability & Incident Management

• Implement and manage monitoring and logging using tools such as CloudWatch and New Relic.

• Configure and maintain OpsGenie for on-call rotations and incident response workflows.

Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Define, implement, and enforce Git workflows and branching strategies.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting.

• Manage domain configurations and SSL certificates to support secure and performant deployments.

Governance & Reliability

• Ensure all infrastructure is secure, resilient, and performance-optimized.

• Participate in regular team syncs, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.

• Strong expertise in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFront.

• Experience with CloudWatch and New Relic for observability and performance monitoring.

• Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of AWS security and networking best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in API development and backend services.

• Hands-on experience with Kinesis Firehose Snowflake integrations.

• Familiarity with OpsGenie ing and incident management configurations.

• Understanding of DNS management, domain configurations, and certificate lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.

• Exposure to incident response processes and DevSecOps practices.

• Experience working directly with client stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments.
