About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scripts for infrastructure setup and automation.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure service uptime.
• Troubleshoot and triage production issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Set up and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  for seamless build and deployment processes.
• Work closely with engineering teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to

  security best practices

  and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Education:

  Tech / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed university.

• Experience:

  4-7 years of total industry experience.

• Programming:

  Strong proficiency in

  Python

  ,

  Ruby

  ,

  Perl

  , or an equivalent scripting language.

• Infrastructure as Code:

  Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g.,

  Ansible

  ) and provisioning tools (e.g.,

  Terraform

  ).

• Cloud Platforms:

  Strong experience working with

  AWS

  and related services.

• DevOps Practices:

  Proven experience in setting up and maintaining

  CI/CD pipelines

  .

• Production Management:

  Experience managing multiple live

  SaaS applications

  with high volume, low latency, and 24x7 availability.

• Server Database Management:

  Experience configuring and managing web servers (e.g.,

  Apache

  ), application servers (e.g.,

  Tomcat

  ,

  WebSphere

  ), and databases (both

  RDBMS

  and

  NoSQL

  ).

• System Administration:

  Strong knowledge of

  UNIX/Linux

  systems and administration tools.

• Security Networking:

  Good understanding of

  security best practices

  networking concepts

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
