Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage

  multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Build, scale, and secure

  containerized environments

  using Docker, Podman, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Helm, Kustomize, and service meshes (Istio/Linkerd).
• Drive

  CI/CD pipelines

  with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton, and Jenkins X; implement progressive delivery (blue/green, canary, feature flags).
• Implement

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  using Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, and Ansible with GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Establish strong

  observability and monitoring

  practices using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, and enterprise tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, AIOps).
• Champion

  DevSecOps practices

  : IAM hardening, secrets management (Vault, SOPS), vulnerability scanning (Trivy, Checkov), runtime security (Falco, Kyverno, OPA), and compliance (CIS, SOC2, GDPR).
• Automate workflows using

  Python, Go, Bash

  , and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, serverless, and event-driven automation.
• Leverage

  AI/ML in DevOps

  for log analysis, anomaly detection, auto-remediation, and productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Contribute to

  architecture & strategy

  : scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient platforms; platform engineering (Backstage, Crossplane); GreenOps initiatives.
• Lead by example: drive blameless postmortems, mentor junior engineers, and evangelize DevOps best practices across teams.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  multi-cloud architectures

  (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong background in

  Kubernetes ecosystem

  and container orchestration at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines

  and progressive delivery techniques.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Infrastructure as Code

  and GitOps workflows.
• Experience in

  observability, monitoring, and incident management

  .
• Solid understanding of

  security, compliance, and DevSecOps frameworks

  .
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash).
  
• Exposure to

  AI/ML applications in DevOps

  is a plus.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
