About the Role

Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain
infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps.
Implement
monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
using tools like Datadog.
Automate operational tasks and build
self-service tooling
to empower developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new applications and services onto cloud engineering solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed
cloud infrastructure
.
Contribute to
SRE practices
, define success metrics, and improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with
AWS EKS
(Elastic Kubernetes Service).
Proficiency in
Terraform
for IaC.
Solid knowledge of
Kubernetes & Docker
.
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
, preferably GitLab.Proficiency with
monitoring and logging
tools such as Datadog.Strong scripting ability in
Bash, Python
, or similar languages.Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and issue tracking tools like Jira.Hands-on experience with
AWS Serverless (Lambda)
.Knowledge of
ArgoCD
for continuous delivery.Understanding of
API Gateway
for API management.
Desired Skills
Understanding of
networking, load balancing, and cloud security best practices
.Programming experience with
.NET, TypeScript, or Python
.Familiarity with
Microsoft SQL Server
.Ability to
define SRE success metrics
and drive reliability practices.Prior experience in building and managing
AWS Lambda applications
