Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  using

  Jenkins

  GitLab CI/CD

  Azure DevOps

• Manage

  AWS DevOps Services

  such as

  CodeBuild

  and

  CodePipeline

  for automated deployments.
• Implement

  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  using

  Terraform

  ,

  AWS CloudFormation

  , or

  Ansible

  .
• Build and manage

  containerized applications

  using

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes (EKS)

  .
• Create and manage

  Helm charts

  for Kubernetes deployments.
• Configure and maintain

  networking and security

  components (IAM, VPC, SSL, OpenVPN, Load Balancers).
• Implement

  monitoring and logging

  using

  New Relic

  ,

  ELK Stack

  ,

  Datadog

  ,

  Prometheus

  ,

  Grafana

  , or

  AWS CloudWatch

  .
• Manage

  databases

  such as

  MongoDB

  and

  Redis

  .
• Drive

  cost optimization (FinOps)

  initiatives using

  AWS Cost Explorer

  ,

  budgets

  , and

  tagging strategies

  .
• Automate operational tasks using

  Bash

  or

  Python scripting

  .
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment cycles.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with

  AWS cloud services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, etc.)
• Hands-on with

  CI/CD tools

  : Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Proficient in

  Terraform

  and

  infrastructure automation

• Solid understanding of

  Kubernetes

  ,

  EKS

  , and

  Helm

• Strong in

  networking, security, and access control (IAM, VPN, SSL)

• Experience in

  monitoring, alerting, and log management

  tools
• Familiarity with

  DevSecOps practices

  and

  OWASP

  principles
• Basic knowledge of

  databases

  (MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with

  cost management

  and cloud resource optimization

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  Azure

  or

  GCP

  cloud environments
• Experience in

  serverless

  technologies (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
• Familiarity with

  GitOps

  practices and tools like

  ArgoCD

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• AWS / DevOps certifications are a plus.
