Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
Demonstrated competency and experience with the following AWS services: EKS, ECS, EC2,S3, RDS, VPC, ECR, IAM, and SQS.
Demonstrated competency and experience in one or more IaC management platforms (e.g.,
Terraform Cloud, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible)
Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and operations in production environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Solid understanding of networking and security best practices
Solid understanding of observability best practices and tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Experience with scripting languages like Bash and Python.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure the availability, performance, stability, security, and scalability of our AWS-based production systems.
Design, implement and maintain automated solutions for deploying, monitoring, andmaintaining all environments for our SaaS product suite.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within our cloud-based infrastructure in a timely manner.
Work with the DevOps Manager to prioritize system reliability and automation improvements and to define and implement DevOps best practices.
Collaborate effectively with other DevOps and Product Engineers using clear written and verbal communications.
Attend regular Operations and (as needed) Product Engineering meetings to support cross-team alignment
Assist in the planning, implementation, and testing of Business Continuity and Incident Response Plans
