We help our customer to recover instantly their cloud environment after any catastrophic event such as cyber-attacks, outages, or human error. We help Companies - To cater to top Industries like BFSI, Fintech, E-commerce, Medicare, and SaaS to protect their Business Continuity and investment in AWS and other Cloud Platform. Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in scaling, automating, securing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AWS infrastructure using best practices (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, etc.) Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability of production systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog Automate manual operations and optimize deployment strategies to improve developer productivity Implement security best practices, manage secrets, and ensure compliance (VPC peering, IAM policies, GuardDuty, etc.) Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support release and deployment requirements Participate in on-call rotations and incident response Required Skills 8-10 years of overall experience in DevOps/SRE roles 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS services in a production environment Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and automated CI/CD Experience with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, CloudWatch, Prometheus) Knowledge of networking, DNS, SSL, VPNs, and security best practices Preferred Qualifications AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect) Experience with multi-account AWS setups and cost optimization Familiarity with disaster recovery and backup systems Background in product-based companies or startups
