We must deliver multiple interview-ready candidates within 48–72 hours whenever a new role opens. To meet that standard, we’re building a network of independent recruiters or engineering managers who can run the complete screening funnel on a success-fee basis. What You’ll Own Review incoming résumés and apply knockout criteria (skills match, notice period, compensation range). Conduct a deep technical interview - i.e live coding, portfolio walkthrough, or case study tailored to the role’s stack. Run a culture-fit call that checks communication skills, remote-work discipline, and overlap with European time zones. Summarise each interview in a concise scorecard and upload it to our ATS. Shortlist the top profiles and brief us before CVs go to the client. Must-Have Experience 5+ years in technical recruiting or Software engineering management. Comfortable interviewing across multiple stacks (backend, frontend, DevOps, data) even if you are not a hands-on expert in each. You know how to probe fundamentals and spot strong engineering practices. Solid grasp of modern interview tools i.e CodeSignal, HackerRank, live pair-programming, or your own proven framework. Excellent written and spoken English; able to summarise findings clearly for non-technical stakeholders. Availability to schedule and run interviews within 24 hours of notice. This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD delivery. This role will play a critical part in ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure for modern cloud-native applications and microservices. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to support infrastructure needs, implement DevOps best practices, and ensure excellent SLA/SLO performance. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure with services including EKS , RDS , SQS , ElastiCache , CodePipeline , and more. Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform , Helm , Kubernetes , and Docker . Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent, ensuring automated and reliable deployments. This is a remote position. We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Technical Project Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and delivery of our development and QA workflows. This is a contract role, fully remote, for 4 hours/day (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST) . You will manage tickets, clarify requirements, coordinate between developers/testers/stakeholders, give status updates, track progress, and resolve blockers. You should take ownership and ensure good client/partner communication during your hours. Although this role starts as a part-time contract, there is an opportunity for conversion to a full-time employment role in the future based on your performance and business/project requirements.
