Conduct a deep technical interview - i.e live coding, portfolio walkthrough, or case study tailored to the role’s stack. Run a culture-fit call that checks communication skills, remote-work discipline, and overlap with European time zones. Summarise each interview in a concise scorecard and upload it to our ATS. Shortlist the top profiles and brief us before CVs go to the client. Must-Have Experience 5+ years in technical recruiting or Software engineering management. Comfortable interviewing across multiple stacks (backend, frontend, DevOps, data) even if you are not a hands-on expert in each.
