As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of new age digital solutions for our bank.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the development of new age digital solutions for the bank
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions
Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets business requirements and industry standards
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the digital engineering space
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Prior experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
