Senior Developer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Measurement Analytics in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Design and maintain components for the software products and co-own system architecture maintaining up to date documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Responsible for conceptualization and driving of the design, development, testing and deployment of applications across the various product lines.
• Collaborating in the productivity improvement initiatives like continuous integration and deployment, DevOps, architect review and proposals etc, for faster and reliable.

• Masters degree in computer applications with 6+ years of professional experience in design and development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages with focus on JS technologies e.g. Node JS, TypeScript etc.
• Strong proficiency with cloud services with 3+ years of experience with AWS and Azure services- Proficient with databases such as MS SQL, SQL lite, MongoDB, DynamoDB etc.
• Experience of developing industrial application for Oil and Gas is a plus - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsand clients.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with ability to guide and motivate junior engineers.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
