Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Designer / Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development for commercial, corporate, and residential interior projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop concepts, and present design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings and material specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained during implementation.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the design and build process.
• Manage design documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall design innovation within the studio.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of experience in architecture/interior design with a focus on

  commercial and residential

  projects.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery within a

  Design & Build

  setup.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong sense of design ownership.
