Job Description

The Senior Designer leads the creative and technical aspects of store design projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and leadership to manage multiple store rollouts, design consultants, and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept & Design Leadership

Develop and refine store design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand identity and visual language.

Lead the preparation of design presentations, mood boards, and schematic layouts.

Supervise junior designers and review design outputs for accuracy and completeness.

2. Technical Design & Documentation

Oversee preparation of working drawings, detail sets, and construction documentation.

Coordinate with MEP, VM, Lighting, and Project teams to ensure integrated design delivery.

Validate design BOQs, specifications, and material selections.

3. Project & Vendor Coordination

Interface with external design agencies, vendors, and consultants.

Participate in design reviews, sample approvals, and site quality checks.

Ensure design feasibility and compliance with site conditions, budgets, and timelines.

4. Innovation & Standards

Contribute to store design standardization and format evolution.

Explore new materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.

Participate in post-completion reviews and brand experience evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture.

5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or commercial interiors.

Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong leadership, coordination, and presentation skills.
