Job Description

Job Title & Responsibilities:- Senior Designer for sheet metal ( Kitchen + Display would be on edge) Department: Production ·        Design and development: o   Design and develop sheet metal components from conceptualization to final product. o   Create and review 3D models and detailed 2D drawings and CAD - software o   Design fixtures, tools, and other related components. ·        Manufacturing and optimization: o   Optimize designs for sheet metal fabrication, including bending, cutting, and welding. o   Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturability and reduce lead times. o   Knowledge of GD&T and QMS documentation. ·        Project management and collaboration: o   Prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs). o   Coordinate with other teams, such as engineering, procurement, and production. o   Review and resolve design issues and technical problems.   Qualifications & Skills: •         Diploma / Degree in Mechanical engg. Minimum 2-5 years of Experience is Required in Designer, prefably in sheet Metal Industry.
