Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Data Entry Operator (Advanced Excel):

  • Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, production, dispatch, and employee records.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Maintain and regularly update spreadsheets and databases for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare MIS reports, charts, and summaries as required by management.
  • Coordinate with departments like production, stores, HR, and accounts to collect necessary data.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and backup.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data.
