POSITION: Senior Designer / Drafts Person LOCATION: Hyderabad DEPARTMENT: Structural Engineering / Design EMPLOYMENT: Type: Full-time ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Designer/Drafts Person to join our structural engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for precision, and is motivated to set new standards in design and drafting excellence. As a senior member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality drawings and design documentation, while also influencing industry best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Should be experienced in generating RCC drawings including LS and CS of beams.  Prepare, review, and finalize structural drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications and codes.  Collaborate closely with structural engineers to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and draftsmen.  Contribute to the development and implementation of design and drafting standards across the organization.  Coordinate with leadership to ensure timely delivery of drawings to clients.  Maintain quality control of all documentation, minimizing revisions and ensuring client satisfaction. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  Diploma/Degree in Civil or related field.  Minimum 5–8 years of experience in structural drafting/design.  Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.  Thorough understanding of structural design principles, detailing, and construction practices.  Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Ability to mentor and guide junior draftsmen/designers.
