Aurah Design Studio is looking for an Senior Designer/ Architect with an innate passion for interior design, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Interior and architectural design, to join our team. This is an immediate requirement for a full-time role based out of our Kakkanad office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating unique and functional layout plans and 3D models of residential, commercial and retail projects
• Preparing concept designs, moodboards, realistic 3D renders, design presentations, etc.
• Drafting working drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings, etc. with attention to detail
• Completion of works in a time-bound manner and ability to meet deadlines without fail
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Guide, coordinate, and oversee the works of junior and associate designers
• Experience with client interaction and management

REQUIREMENTS:

- Position: Full time

- Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam

- Experience: 3 to 4 years

- Qualification: B.Des, B.Plan or B.Tech or anyone with an innate passion for interior design and architecture with the relevant years of experience

- Software Skills: proficiency in design and drafting software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering software such as VRay, Lumion, etc.

- Language Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam and conversational Hindi

- Qualities: A hardworking, committed, dedicated, innovative, and creative individual with a willingness to learn, who is a good team player

- Most Important: Attention to detail

- The candidate should be based out of Ernakulam, Kerala
