Senior Designer

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer in the residential sector, your main responsibilities will include outlining client design objectives, conceptualizing and sketching design plans, assessing and meeting client requirements through regular meetings, understanding client needs, and completing any other tasks assigned by a senior designer or Team Lead. Your excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup, along with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Outline client design objectives - Conceptualize and sketch design plans - Assess and meet client requirements through regular meetings - Understand client needs - Complete any other tasks assigned by a senior designer or Team Lead - Utilize excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup - Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills Qualification Required: - Academic qualification: Degree in Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design - B. Arch (optional/preferred) - Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer, or related role is beneficial Additional Details: The desired candidate should have experience in Modular design and residential projects, interior designing, modular furniture design, and preferably project execution. Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential for this role.
